How Our Online Auctions Work

Welcome to Stuart Bond Real Estate’s online auction platform! This page is here to help you navigate the auction process with ease.

Creating an Account

To participate in our auctions, you’ll need to create an account on our website.

  1. Register Your Account

    • Follow the registration link: Here

    • Or click on the red Login | Registration button in the website header.

    • Fill in the registration form.

  2. Fill in Your Billing Address

    • Go to your user account and complete your billing address details.

    • You will be unable to bid until your billing address is filled out.

  3. Log In

    • Use your email and password to log into your account. Once you register, you will be automatically logged in and ready to start bidding.

Placing A Bid

Once your account is set up, you can start bidding on properties.

  1. Browse Listings

    • Explore our auction listings to find an item of interest.

  2. Click on the “Bid” Button

    • Located on each listing.

  3. Enter Your Bid Amount

    • Place a bid that is higher than the current bid or the reserve price.

    • Click the red “Bid” button and confirm your submission through the pop-up notification.

  4. Track Your Bids

    • Check your active bids under the “Auctions” tab in your User Dashboard.

    • You will also see the status of your bids in the top left corner of the auction listing image on the main listing page.

  5. Winning an Auction

    • If you are the highest bidder at the end of the auction, you’ll receive a confirmation message on the auction listing page.

    • We will then contact you shortly regarding your invoice and item collection.

    • If you have any inquiries about the auction, your winnings, or items up for auction, please reach out to us.

Payment Process

All payments are processed offline via email invoicing. Here’s what to expect:

  1. Invoice Email

    • After winning, you’ll receive an invoice from Stuart Bond Real Estate Pty Ltd with payment details.

  2. Review Payment Instructions

    • The invoice will outline the total amount due and available payment methods.

  3. Make Your Payment

    • Follow the instructions to complete the payment within the specified timeframe.

  4. Next Steps

    • Once payment is received, we will send a confirmation email with details on item collection.
